Terms & Conditions: 1. All rates are inclusive chauffeur, petrol & toll fee. 2. Minimum hour will be based on the table above. 3. For extension of service, timing above 15 minutes will be billed according to price half hour & 35 minutes to price per hour. 100% cancellation fee applies for any cancellation received in less than 6 hours from confirmed flight ETA & pick up time. Otherwise, 100% no show charge applies for airport transfer & 5 hours model of vehicle will be charge of hourly. Our company will not responsible for any delay or missed flight. 4. Response time for vehicle exchange due to break down would be about 35 minutes or as soon as possible. 5. A 50% midnight surcharge will be imposed for the service rendered between 2300hrs to 0600hrs. 6. For transfer waiting time that are more than 30 minutes will be charge as Disposal charge. 7. For arrival transfer after flight landed waiting time, if it is more than 75mins, will be charged as additional per hour & can’t meet the passenger will be charge as NO SHOW. 8. The above pricing is valid on the current petrol price, and price adjustment may take place if government revised petrol prices. 9. We reserve the right to upgrade & change the vehicles without request with no additional cost. 10. For hourly usage, minimum charge is 5 hours for KL city & min charge 6 hours for outskirts of KL area. 11. Administration 5% charge paid by credit card. 12. In the event that the vehicle requested is unavailable, we reseve the right to sub-hire a vehcile of similar category from our panel of suppliers.
